Can I purchase a piece of jewellery in the showroom and take it immediately with me?

To ensure the availability of the jewellery, please drop us an email and leave your Name, and Contact Number and the jewellery that you would like to purchase before you come down to our showroom. Our representative will get back to you as soon as possible. Once the item is confirmed available, you may take the jewellery immediately with you if you decide to purchase it during your visit.


How can I change my order after it has been placed?

As we work so quickly to process your order, we regret that it is not possible for us to change your order once it has been placed and confirmed. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. You may place an additional order at any time. Therefore, before you process your order and payment, make a quick check to ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

After a successful order is made, you will receive an email from enquiry@bysell.com.sg as your proof of purchase.

Can I cancel an order?

Once we receive your order, we strive process your order as quickly as possible. We regret that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We also accept cash & NETS at our physical showroom.
Bank transfers are also available for selected banks.

Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items?

No, you can opt to pay by credit cards without having a PayPal account.
When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options:
(1) Pay using credit card, and
(2) Log in to PayPal account.

How secure is your payment system?

Your credit card information is completely secure. Our online payment service is provided by PayPal - the online payment system trusted and used by e-commerce websites all over the world.


How much do I purchase to have goods delivered?

We offer free shipping within Singapore for orders in excess of SGD$500* (before GST) per order.

All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address. No packages will be shipped without having received a written confirmation by e-mail. This way, you will be well informed about the delivery date. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Do you charge transport fees if I purchase below $500*?

There will be SG$25 transport fees (delivery within Singapore) if purchase below SGD $500*.

Do you ship to country other than Singapore?

We sell and ship items only within Singapore.
If you would like to purchase our jewellery outside Singapore, kindly please send us your query and email to enquiry@bysell.com.sg. Do leave your Name, and Contact Number and delivery address. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

How many days will shipping take?

At least 3 business days for most events, unless otherwise stated in the product description of that item.
For Custom-made orders will take up to 21 business days for delivery from the date of order. Our craftsmen will begin crafting your jewellery piece only after an order is confirmed.

When do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Friday (except public holiday), 12pm to 5pm local time.


What is the exchange policy?

We take great pride in the quality and excellence in the craftsmanship of our jewellery. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7-day return policy upon receipt of the order by the customer, subject to the following terms & conditions:
  1. 1. Jewellery must be in its original shipped condition, including the original product packaging, original invoice, accessories, documentation,      certificates, warranty cards, manuals and any free gifts(if applicable). All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  2. 2. For certain designs, a security tag stating the item name and details is securely sealed to each piece of jewellery purchased from our online  store. Please do not remove the security tag from the jewellery if you wish to make a return or exchange.
  3. 3. Goods damaged due to customer’s negligence will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Worn jewellery as evidenced by micro-scratches,  scratches, dirt or additional workmanship (such as engravings) from other jewellery will not be accepted. When a returned item is received, it  will be examined for wear and tear damage.
  4. 4. This return policy does not apply to items that are purchased during a sale, our Clearance page or which have been stated as Non-  exchangeable and Non-refundable on Bysell.com.sg. Bespoke design and made-to-order are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
For all returns & exchange requests, please email us at enquiry@bysell.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your order and include your contact details, order ID as well as the reason for returning.
We will reply with a return merchandize authorization (“RMA”) number and a return address.
You are responsible for arranging the secure shipment with tracking (e.g. G4SI insured FedEx carrier) of the item back to our returns center, and bearing the cost of return shipping within 3 days of receiving the RMA number.
  • - Please ensure that you clearly write/print the RMA number on the shipment paperwork and packaging.
  • - You should not write jewellery, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package as this invites possible theft of the package.    We suggest your write “fashion accessories” as the description of the contents. BYSELL shall not be responsible for any item lost or damaged  while shipping.
  • - We will email or contact you within 3 business days upon receipt of the returned item to follow up on the next course of action.
All returns will first be reviewed by BYSELL for wear & tear damage. Once inspected and no damage is noted, we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
  • - Replacing the jewellery with a new piece of the same design, material and size.
  • - Full refund in BYSELL credits.
  • - Refund in cash or credit back to PayPal account, refund amount will less all restocking, shipping and administrative fees.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Original expedited shipping fee is non-refundable. There will be no exceptions for returns outside this policy and Bysell is not responsible for those items.
For credit back to your PayPal account, please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

What is Bespoke design and Made To order?

It is a tailor-made design jewellery and is production on demand. Our craftsmen will begin crafting your jewellery piece only after an order is confirmed. Once the order is confirmed, there are strictly no returns. Items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


How will items be packaged?

Every order will be properly packed in our packaging.


When and how to measure the correct ring size?

A ring should fit your finger comfortably. It needs to be tight enough so that it won’t fall off, but, at the same time, loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
Also take in mind that one’s finger size can slightly vary depending on the time of day and the weather. The best result is obtained when you measure your finger size:
  • - Near the end of the day and when your fingers are warm (fingers tend to be smaller in the early morning and when cold).
  • - To eliminate an erroneous reading, it is best to measure your finger size up to 3 or 4 times.
For rings, it is important that you choose the right size. If you do not know your ring size, here are a few ways of finding it out:
  1. 1. Measure a ring that properly fits the right finger
  2. 2. Use our comparative table if you know your ring size in another standard that the one Bysell uses.
  3. 3. Visit our showroom
  4. 4. Ask family or friends - If the ring is a gift, ask your girlfriend or fiancée's family and friends to help you. There aren't many subtle ways for you to find out her ring size, but her mother, sister or best friend could ask her without awakening suspicion.
